By The Beach is a wonderful detached, single-storey holiday home resting in Seaton, near Downderry, in Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms, including a double with en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms (both zip/link can be super-king-size on request), along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove and sofa bed, and an unheated garden room which also has a cot and highchair. Outside there are two separate sitting areas with furniture and a gas barbecue, and private parking for three cars. As well as local Taxis a bus passes by the door, and there's a train station at nearby St. Germans. Please note: This property accepts a minimum of 3 night stays. Please note: Short break stays must commence on a Saturday/Wednesday. Seaton is a small quiet coastal village in South East Cornwall with a sheltered beach. Seaton has a beach cafe/restaurant and 2 pub/restaurants, it's south facing family friendly sandy beach has lifeguard protection during the summer months and is Dog friendly all year.
