About this property
Boasting an 18-hole golf course and beautiful grounds to explore, Cambridge Bar Hill Hotel really is a place to unwind, let your hair down and enjoy some valuable ‘me’ time in beautiful Cambridgeshire. There is a wealth of attractions nearby if you fancy exploring the world around you. We’re situated on the A14, just a mile from the M11, so getting around is a breeze. There’s also a bus stop just around the corner with regular services into the centre of Cambridge. The famous academic city is 5 miles away, with its mesmerising colleges and museums including the Fitzwilliam, home to over half a million artworks. One of the best ways to take in the sights is on a punt along the River Cam and, in the evening, see the city from a different perspective as it comes alive with cocktail bars and clubs. Elsewhere, Duxford’s Imperial War Museum has more than 300 aircraft on display, while Newmarket beckons for a day at the races. We have an onsite fitness rooms and each of our contemporary bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and plump pillows to help you get a great night’s sleep. You can relax in the Gallery Bar, which offers a selection of drinks and bar meals and has a decked area overlooking the golf course – pleasant in the warmer months.
