The house has recently been renovated to a high standard and the Porthkidney Suite is part of a new extension. The room has French windows with blackout curtains to ensure you get a good night's sleep and voile curtains for added privacy during the day. The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with bedside tables and lamps on both sides and a wardrobe with shelves for storage. Tea and coffee facilities are included and there are wine glasses and a mini-fridge to chill your wine. The ensuite bathroom has a sink, heated towel rail and a shower. Access to the rear garden is included with a garden seating area. Porthkidney Suite is accessed via the side of the main house, through a gate. There is a key safe outside the French windows to allow access to the rooms. The room has a wall-mounted smart TV where you can access Netflix etc. Wifi is included. The suite is private and for sole use with its own entrance. Only the garden, parking and path are shared.

We live in the main house with our grown up children so are available should you need any help. We have a well behaved cocker poo called Chewie and a cat called Lola who you may encounter in the garden from time to time.

Carbis Bay Beach is a 12 minute walk (maybe 15 minutes on the way back as it's up hill!) and St Ives is 25 minutes walk away on the coastal path. Yvette's Pantry is a lovely Bakery a couple of minutes walk away on St Ives Road. There is a Tesco supermarket a few minute walk away from the property.
