Welcome to the "The Gavel" This newly refurbished unique building was the foremans home for the old aution mart. A spacious 1 bedroom apartment right in the heart of the city, just minutes away from all the local bars, shops, restaurants and night life. The Gavel is a step free ground floor apartment and features a King Size bedroom.
Parking overnight is free from 6pm and just a minute away, day time is pay and display.
Hi I'm Joe, I'm a dad of 4 young children and I'm hosting guests to supplement my income.
I've been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years in various guises, but I'm an engineer by trade. I love anything old and mechanical.
Right in the city centre, but off the main street. You could not be closer to city life, but you can also relax in comfort. The street is mixed use, with a florists and hairdressers, plus residential properties. Opposite is an Italian restaurant and on the main street there are a variety of hotels and eateries.
The location is perfect for public transport in and out of the city. Everything you need for your stay is only a short walk away.
