Carpenters Rest is a self catering two bed self contained apartment above The Carpenters Arms in Wighton, just 3 miles from Wells Next The Sea. A perfect bolthole for your Norfolk holiday. Entrance to the private courtyard and front door of the apartment is through the pubs beer garden. The courtyard has a table seating up to four. Through the entrance door is a downstairs area to accommodate shoes and coats and a Norfolk winder staircase leading up to the apartment (there is a stairgate at the top of the stairs). The galley kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need - plates, cutlery, wine glasses etc along with an under counter fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and oven with hob. The living room has two 2-seater sofas, a smart television and a table that can be pulled out to accommodate four guests. The main bedroom has a Kingsize bed, chest of drawers, smart television, hanging space for clothes. Bedroom two has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers & smart television. The beautiful shower room has a large walk in shower, twin sinks, full length mirror & toilet We allow up to two dogs.

Wighton is a small village just 3 miles out of Wells Next The Sea. The apartment is above the village pub - The Carpenters Arms. The pub is open Wednesday to Sunday serving fantastic food featuring local produce alongside local beers & spirits. Booking is advisable. Nearby villages include Warham - another beautiful village with a great pub - The Three Horseshoes and Wells Next The Sea - a real gem on the North Norfolk coast. It has 5 pubs, a beautiful beach and plenty of lovely shops.
