Cart Shed Cottage is found on the outskirts of the village in a quiet, rural location. Converted to a high standard with guests in mind, it's the perfect place to enjoy a Cornish break. Enjoy glimpses of Devoran creek and spot whether the tide is in or out in distant views and step straight onto a network of footpaths which criss cross neighbouring farmland. Accommodation: Interior: Kitchen, living/dining room with log burner, master bedroom (kingsize bed) with ensuite (shower), family bathroom (bath with shower over) and two further bedrooms, which can be made up with twin beds (2'6 wide) or a double (kingsize). Exterior: Grassed garden and patio the the rear. To the front there is a shared driveway with one other property and parking. Facilities: Central heating with on demand hot water and log burner in the living area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Smart TV and WIFI. Electricity, heating, towels and 1 basket of logs are included. Up to 3 well behaved dogs are welcome per stay. Please note they must not be left unattended in the cottage, kept off the furniture and out of the bedrooms please. Please ensure that they are properly cleared up after and if it's wet, dry them off before they enter the cottage. Smoking is not permitted. Access: Whilst the cottage is step free internally, there are two steps up to the front door and a small step down into the back garden. Another door to the front is available for use, with only one smaller step up. We're very happy to provide further information on access on request. EV charger: We have an EV charger available for use. To use it, simply park up and plug in. We use an app for charging and payment. We charge 0.39p/kWh for using the EV charger. We also have a shepherd’s hut, Kilden, which sleeps 2 and is dog friendly. Kilden and Cart Shed Cottage enjoy totally separate facilities. Perranwell Station is located roughly halfway between the towns of Truro and Falmouth and only 7 miles away from the nearest beach. We highly recommend a visit to The Royal Oak pub in the village, which serves great food (just be sure to book, as it's very popular)! There is a train station only 0.5 mile away from the cottage and Newquay Airport can be found 21 miles away. There is also a bus service in the village. The cottage is surrounded by public footpaths, byways and bridleways, which are great for exploring!
