Cartmel welcomes all guests. We are on the nc500 route in a quiet village location close to the shores of Loch Ewe. We are approximately 15 mins drive from Gairloch, Poolewe is just over 5 mins away. Ullapool is approximately 40 minutes drive and were almost 2 hours from Inverness. Rooms are priced on a room only basis although breakfast may be available by prior arrangement, please enquire as we need to source fresh local ingredients, there is dining table in each room. We can host one baby in a travel cot but this is only available in our twin room with the seperate wc in the corridor, this wc has a child friendly toilet seat too! Please message any questions

We love welcoming guests from classic car drivers, motor bikers, walkers, cyclists and anyone else. We are helpful and knowledgeable with local information. We can do laundry if required, and even dry out those cyclists shoes if you happen to be soaked!! We also have a cycle stop on site that stocks a variety of inner tubes, bungees etc

The convoy museum is just up the road. Beautiful beaches such as Mellon udrigle, Gruiniard etc. Loch Ewe is literally a few mins walk where you will often spot the local otters. Inverewe gardens are a short drive away. We have lots of local wildlife including white tailed sea eagle, herons, curlews, sparrowhawks, merlins and lots more. Also watch out for deer and wild goats on the roads :-)
