Due to both Dave and I losing our employment due to Covid we decided one night (I have to say after a few medicinal beverages) to purchase a bed and breakfast. It really is as simple as that !!!! We both loved Llandudno so the location was never in question. Covid has been a terrible time and has changed peoples lives,through loss or just total reassessment of the values that are really important to them . I am pleased to say out of what was a complete disaster we made one of the best decisions in our lives We hope if you visit us you will fall in love with the place as we have

Property information

We took over the Mulberry in may21.The property was in a state of total neglect Since November 21 The Mulberry has undergone a full refurbishment The front and back have been re rendered , new widows and roof All new power points and usb points in rooms , bathrooms refurbished with new showers . The whole process has been a labour of love ,but well worth it seeing the results . We still have a long way to go as far as our own personal space but we feel you will not be disappointed and appreciate the hard work that has been put in

Neighbourhood information

We are located in a fantastic position close to all local attractions ,beaches, pier , tram station to the Great Orme ,cable cars restaurants and town centre. We are exceptionally lucky that even though we are central our location is quiet , homely and holds all the charm of a Victorian architecture which is renowned in Llandudno
