I like to put a personal touch to Grant Rooms . I Meet all guests as they arrive where possible. I love to see all people from all over the world coming to our beautiful historic City.

Grant Rooms has been totally refurbished to the highest standard. I had been running Chamberlain House for ten years and have found a demand for reasonably priced city centre accommodation. I have since sold Chamberlain House to concentrate on Grant Rooms. Grant Rooms consists of eight rooms all of which have ensuite bathrooms. This is a purpose built apartment block with gas heating. The rooms can be let separately or together. There is a fully equipped kitchen with hob and oven microwave fridge and all necessary equipment needed.

Grant Rooms is very central to all amenities.The local Tescos store is just two minutes walk away. Peace Bridge five minutes. Top restaurants and pubs two minutes walk. All the main Hotels in the city centre are right next door to us , so if you are going to a wedding and don't want to spend the big price for the hotel book here .
