The Hot-tub is situated outside the garden area but is for your exclusive use.

Hi, we are married with 3 grown up children with two gorgeous grand-daughters, we have many interests including: skiing, playing and watching football, fishing, english history, music R and B and were friends with the late great Barry White. We have really enjoyed renting out our previous properties. Having moved to Chapel Farm, we renovated our annex which takes two guests and renovated Chapel Barn with 6 en suite bedrooms. We live in a 400 year old cottage on the land of which we have 10 acres - with woodlands, fields, an orchard and horses. Whether you are renting the annex or the barn, you will have access to most of the land to explore and play in, there is a small wooded area thats being developed for children. Jeff will often be found in 'Turtle Town' as he has a turtle rescue centre, you will notice on our previous reviews how much guests have enjoyed the Turtle interaction. Although we are quite remote within a 10 minute drive is the market Town of St Neots and Bedford, where we have a huge selection of restaurants, there are many lovely traditional pubs in local villages. Cambridge is only a 40 minute drive and London a 40 minute train journey. Many of our guests are enjoying celebratory / multi-generational family times away and don't tend to go far from Chapel Barn, however, for those who do want things to do there is much to do. There are many local walks, including Colmworth Country Park, we leave a OS map in the draw so guests can see all the local footpaths. Travelling by car all within 10-30 mins away are: Johnsons Zoo - one of the nicest zoo's we have ever been to and very reasonably priced they have a wonderful selection of crocodiles, Hammerton Zoo/Park, Whipsnade Zoo, Woburn Safari Park, Southlake Water Park, Grafham Waters - walks / water sports, Oasis Beach Pool, Santa Pod - Drag Racing , Go Karting, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Lots of private/public fishing lakes Wyboston Lakes inc: Spa/water activities/golf/restaurants, Colmworth Golf club - often featuring football golf. We are surrounded by a number of lovely market towns, St Neots, Bedford and Hitchin - a little further is the beautiful city of Cambridge. Woburn Abbey / Hatfield House / Wrest Park Nene Valley Railway Gullivers Land & Dinosaur Land. This is just to mention a few of the facilites around us - we are always very happy to assist guests in planning their stays and if required to include any of the surrounding attractions.
