Predominantly residential but with excellent transport links to the commercial hubs in the City. With its many established theatres and exciting music venues, it is an interesting and artistic area filled with world class restaurants and cute cafes, so you’re never short of cool places to go. **All images, floor plans and particulars included herein are for illustrative and indicative purposes only, allocated units may differ slightly in details according to their positioning in the building. During term time our properties are used to house students although are available for short stays over the summer period.** Please note that Laundry service is available for a fee.

This property is a five minutes walk from the Emirates Stadium.
