A beautiful and individually styled character cottage, tucked away in a peaceful location yet near to an abundance of amenities. Situated on a former farm which until recently was part of the Lanhydrock Estate and only minutes walk from Lanhydrock House and Gardens (National Trust.)  Boasting 3 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. To make your stay even more relaxing, there is the option to hire the onsite private hot tub. This property has a wood fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay & staying here also allows you access to the private and fully-enclosed gardens -front and rear. The rear garden has a dining patio and BBQ with luxury hot tub with ambient fairy-lighting -perfect for a soak once the sun has gone down! The hot tub is also covered so that Guests can enjoy its use in all weathers. The front garden has a small summerhouse where you can retreat to enjoy some ‘me’ time and perhaps read a book, enjoy quiet contemplation or simply have a G & T!  Oh, and the cottage is pet-friendly too!  As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer and a microwave. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and offers a smart TV (in all bedrooms too) and internet access. With 3 bedrooms the cottage comfortably sleeps 6.  In the first bedroom, there is a king bed and a small sofa bed (extra charge for additional guest -please enquire.)
