Elvington is a charming and cozy four-bedroom property, ideally situated on the sought-after Rissington Road, a mere 10-minute stroll from the heart of beautiful Bourton on the Water. The property is well-maintained and in good condition throughout, and its location is fantastic. A wealth of dining options, bars, cafes, and tourist attractions, including Birdland, The Dragonfly Maze, Model Village, and the scenic river, are right on your doorstep, making it an ideal base from which to explore the area. We have recently updated the property with brand new Sealy beds (the same model as those found in the luxurious 5-star Savoy Hotel in London), as well as new sofas, a new dining table and chairs that can comfortably seat eight people, and a garden picnic bench that can seat eight as well for outdoor eating. EV (electric vehicle) charger, new carpets and new lighting were installed in March 2023. The ground floor of the property, which was previously used as a guest house, features a large dual-aspect sitting room that leads out to a conservatory and a kitchen to the rear with a ground floor snug for quiet time that can also serve as a fifth bedroom with its own shower room. The first floor features four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms (super king room and twin room). Outside, the property boasts ample parking for 2-3 cars and a lovely, private garden to the rear that is relaxing and enclosed.
