The location is ideal for any length of stay because its right next to the City Centre by the River Chelmer. It's a 3-4 minute walk into the town centre where you'll find an array of restaurants, shops, cafes, bars and transport links. It's also just far enough out and tucked in between 2 apartment complexes that it escapes the noise from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city life. You've got a gorgeous pub right opposite that serve food and drinks and a Tesco Superstore right next door + an Iceland opposite that. You'll be a 0.6mile walk or a 1 mile drive (due to the one way system around town) from the nearest train statin with direct links into the city of London.

This property comes with 2x double beds across 2x bedrooms. We provide all bedding, linen & 2x towels per guest.

Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom and there is a separate bathroom in the hallway for bedroom 2.

We also have a Chesterfield pull out sofa bed available at this property in the living room and if you wish to bring an additional guest and/or require extra bedding for the sofa bed there is an additional fee payable at the time of placing your reservation.
