Homestay on hilly residential road in between Poole&Bournemouth. Quiet calm stay away from busy towns. Quiet times 11.30am to 5am. A quality sleep is my aim. Strictly NON SMOKING/NON VAPING property. Extra cleaning charges if smoking/vaping inside/outside the property. Sorry, no children under 5. This property ONLY suitable for airport or ferry travel if you wish to wake up after 5am or arrive by 9.30pm(11pm for incoming ferry) . Ideal to stop overnight before taking ferry or a flight. Possible holiday car parking one night stay plus fee Check out 6am-11am. Check-in FREE from 4.30pm to 9.30pm(ferry 11pm). Kindly message estimated arrival time upon booking and if ferry/flight arrival, If not known please message that you know to be here by 9.30pm. Early check in/luggage drop is free and may be possible by advance arrangement from 2.30pm. Please message night before to ask. No check in available from 9.30pm - 2.30pm. There are 2 spacious upstairs rooms with their own bathrooms. Rooms separated by a storage room. Ideal for couples/family group to stay with up to 3 adults, 1 adult and 2 children, 2 adults etc in blue room, If 3 adults, max 3 nights stay. Up to 2 sharing king size bed in green room. Sorry no children under 5 years old. Large Double/Twin/Triple Upstairs Blue room with double size & single bed. Please confirm if two beds needed upon booking. Private bathroom next door with shower over bath. Large Deluxe King Upstairs Green self-contained studio double room. King bed with small ensuite modern bathroom 700mm shower cubicle.Bonus of sink cupboard in this room contains kettle, toaster, fridge, sink, table, with compromise of smaller bathroom, all within the room. Neither myself nor cleaner come into room unless asked.Free driveway parking for one car for each upstairs room. Further free parking on road. Sorry no food or drink, no breakfast, no microwave is provided. (Except for a welcome drink tea/coffee) NO cooking.

Residential quietish hilly neighbourhood easy access by car/bus/taxi around Dorset. Sandbanks, Sandfest, Poole Quay, Maritime light festival, Folk, Jazz or Music Festivals, Swanage Folk Festival, Bournemouth Uni, Graduation, Bournemouth Air Show, Summer Live, Christmas Trees, Language Schools, Ferry to Jersey, Guernsey or France, Money Exchange (Tesco) Westbourne, Wallidown, Tank Museum, Tank Fest, Monkey World, Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Weymouth, Swanage, Wareham, Wool, Bere Regis. Christchurch, many National Trust & English Heritage places.Bus stop no 16/17 is 5 minutes uphill walk. M1/M2 25 mins uphill walk. Both connect you with stops for National Express buses, bus and train stations in Poole and Bournemouth which takes you to Bournemouth Square, Poole, Wallisdown, Branksome, Talbot Woods, Alderhills, Westbourne. Tesco express shop, excellent chip shop closeby. Beryl bike/scooter pay to hire scheme closeby.
