I have lived in the parish of St Gennys for nearly 50 years and have been involved in tourist accommodation for much of that time. I have also led guided walks in the area for many years with an emphasis on nature conservation and wildlife management, so pride myself on my knowledge of the local area.
Property information
Church Cottage is a traditional barn conversion with incredible sea views. An enclosed garden is neighbouring the historic St. Gennys Church. Surrounded by National Trust farmland this is a walkers paradise.
The nearest beach is at Crackington Haven and is 20 minutes walk (5 minutes by car) along the coast path .
Neighbourhood information
Spectacular scenery, wonderful beaches and ancient woodland are to be found in the immediate area.
Crackington Haven has a couple of nice cafes and a good pub which serves excellent food.
