We also have a shop front on High Street in Elie should you wish to pop in and chat. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via email with all the necessary information to check in at your leisure. Check in is from 4pm, unless one of our early check in options has been purchased. Check out is strictly 10am, unless one of our late check out options has been purchased. Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the key box code 7 days prior to arrival. Short Stay St Andrews offers you the chance to enhance your stay by purchasing optional extras. From a super early check in of 2pm to a luxury celebration hamper delivered to your choice of property so you are ready to pop open the champagne on arrival.

Tucked on Park Place opposite Elie Parish Church, and less than two minutes’ walk from both the High Street and the long sandy beach, Church View is a charming, stone-built four-bedroom terraced house spread over three levels – ideal for easy-going coastal escapes with family or friends. Outside the summer season, flexible three-night stays are available, giving you the option of a shorter break by the sea without compromising on comfort or space. Pet-friendly stays (supplement applies) and Wi-Fi throughout keep everyone happy, four-legged guests included. The ground floor is set up beautifully for sociable, relaxed living and works well for guests with limited mobility. A family-sized dining kitchen with modern units, range-style gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer makes self-catering straightforward, with a kitchen table for casual meals and a door straight out to the enclosed rear courtyard. There’s also a separate front dining room with a large table and seating for up to ten – ideal for long dinners or celebratory gatherings – plus a twin bedroom and a freshly renovated cloakroom with WC and vanity basin (refurbished April 2023). On the first floor, the sitting room is positioned to make the most of the views towards Elie Parish Church through its bay window. Two generous sofas, club chairs, a traditional fireplace and bookcase create a warm, inviting space to unwind after a day on the beach or exploring the East Neuk. This level also has a stylish front-facing king-size bedroom and two luxuriously refurbished bathrooms (April 2023): one with a freestanding bath, vanity unit and WC, and another sleek shower room with glass enclosure, vanity basin and illuminated mirror – perfect for unhurried, spa-style evenings in. The top floor offers further flexible sleeping space, with a super-king bedroom framed by triple windows and lovely views, and a twin bedroom with bay window, both with plenty of storage. Elie and Earlsferry are two of the most picturesque towns in the East Neuk with a beautiful long sandy beach and a pretty little harbour. The golf links are the feature that joins the beautiful villages of Earlsferry and Elie and the local population are justifiably proud of their ancient course. The course has evolved over the centuries from a simple links golfing tract in the 1500s to the fine 18 hole course it is today. Elie town centre has lots of little shops ranging from the Elie Deli, Carol's Ice Cream Shop and the pharmacy, all the way to The Ship by the Harbour with its beach cricket and good food. Everything in Elie and Earlsferry is within walking distance, be it the Elie Ness Lighthouse, the beaches, the Links golf course and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are available to the surrounding towns and St Andrews. 15 mins walk to Elie town centre, 5 mins walk to Elie Golf Course and less than 1 mins walk to the long, sandy Elie & Earlsferry Beach. Supermarket available in Anstruther, but lots of small local shops in Elie will provide most of what you will need.
