Hello! My name is Laura, and I am the proud owner of Chichester Holiday Properties. We are a small, local, independent holiday rental company dedicated to providing exceptional service for our guests and property owners alike.
At Chichester Holiday Properties, we manage privately owned properties on behalf of their owners, offering a complete range of services from guest communication to cleaning and check-in. Our goal is to ensure that every aspect of your stay is seamless and enjoyable.
We are here for you 24 hours a day, ready to assist in case of emergencies and available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have, both before, during, and after your stay.
You can find our properties listed on our page, and we also act as co-hosts for other property owners. Whether you are planning a getaway to Chichester for business or pleasure, we would be delighted to host you and ensure you have a wonderful stay.
We are dedicated to safeguarding our properties and staying current with short-term rental regulations. As part of this commitment, we require all guests to undergo an independent verification process before your booking begins. You will receive an email and/or text message after booking with instructions on how to complete the verification process via a company called Superhog.
Please note that damage deposits may be required according to our terms and conditions. Once you have completed your verification process (detailed above) this will eliminate the need to pay a damage deposit. If you are unable to complete the verification process, a damage deposit will be requested in advance of your stay.

As you explore further down the hallway, you’ll discover a sleek bathroom featuring a bath with a shower attachment, sink, and toilet.
At the end of the hallway awaits two delightful bedrooms. On the left, a light twin bedroom with two aspect windows creates a serene haven. To the right, the double bedroom exudes elegance, complete with a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
This charming apartment offers a complimentary car parking space in the secure underground car park, ensuring your vehicle is both safe and easily accessible.

The apartment is situated in a very quiet, residential quarter of Chichester, providing convenient access to a myriad of shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes right in the heart of Chichester City Centre. Immerse yourself in the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre, contemporary art, and rich historical sites, all at your fingertips.
The location of the apartment offers incredibly convenient access to the South Downs countryside, exciting events at Goodwood and the stunning South Coast. Imagine being just a 20-minute drive away from the beautiful Pagham and Selsey Beaches, and a mere 20-minute drive from the renowned dunes of West Wittering.
The Goodwood Estate is just a 10 minutes drive, which offers a myriad of events throughout the season including motor-racing (Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival & Members Meetings) and horse-racing. There are buses and many taxi companies operating in the area, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any help in organising this.
