Only a 8 minute stroll from the Overstrand beach is this newly refurbished, cosy, self contained annex with garden. Two miles from the stunning coastal town of Cromer and a short drive to the Norfolk Broads is this modern space featuring an open plan lounge with pull out sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom with patio doors leading out into the garden and an en suite shower room. With plenty of circular walks and excellent local pubs, this is a true North Norfolk holiday gem.
Quiet, safe residential cul-de-sac. short walk to the beach. You can park on the driveway in front of your entrance.
