Property information

South Coast Holiday Homes are delighted to offer this beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with a private south facing garden. The ground floor apartment is within walking distance to the beach and the buzzing town of Southbourne where you’re spoilt for choice for places to go. Pop across the road to M’s Bakery for the most divine bread and croissants for breakfast. Why not try Renoufs Wine & Cheese bar for relaxed dining or Dicky’s restaurant for a more formal affair. You may also want to check out The Larder House for stunning French cuisine. We have one large family bathroom with a separate shower and walk in shower. We also have a small separate WC cloakroom with a toilet. The property is a 5-10 minute stroll to Southbourne Overcliff via Fisherman Walk and a perfect days to relax by the by the beach. If antiques are your thing, Pokesdown is known as the Antiques capital of the world, you’ll be sure to find a treasure or two in the local outlets, right on our doorstep. We also highly recommend all the lovely clothing and furniture boutiques in the local area too, all within easy walking distance. Check out Bournemouths town centre and beautiful beaches & picturesque Miedival town of Christchurch with the famous Priory, all within a 10 minutes drive.

This apartment benefits from its own private entrance with a south facing private garden laid artificial lawn for low maintenance.
