Located in Chelmsley Wood; a contemporary 2 bed house just 10mins drive from the NEC, Birmingham airport. Kick back and relax in this beautifully styled serviced space, perfect for NEC trips, with our Smart TVs, complimentary super fast WIFI, free parking, and a spacious garden and patio. Discounts available for long term stays, please just ask. On the ground floor, you will find: - A full equipped kitchen, including a fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, washing machine, complimentary tea/coffee and cooking utensils. - An open plan cosy living space, with a smart TV and dining area for dinner with friends and family. The smart 4K TV provides access to Netflix, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, 4oD and ITV, where you can enjoy all your favourite movies and TV shows. - A comfortable sofa bed that can sleep two people - A nicely styled toilet/cloakroom On the first floor, you will find: - Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2: Furnished with a Super King bed and a pocket sprung mattress for a good night’s rest. The Super King beds can be converted into 3ft twin beds on request. Please see below for details. - Bathroom: The family bathroom comes with a bathtub & shower head If a booking for 2 or fewer guests requires 2 bedrooms, there is an additional charge of 20GBP to cover the additional laundry, ironing and cleaning costs. Likewise, if a booking for 4 or fewer guests requires 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed, there is an additional charge of 20GBP to cover the additional laundry, ironing and cleaning costs. Both of the super king beds are zip and link. If you require 2 single beds as opposed to the super king bed, there will be an additional charge of 12GBP to cover the additional laundry, ironing and cleaning costs.
