You will enjoy a warm welcome in my cosy home whilst you explore the local area.
Spacious double bedroom with your own separate bathroom.
Private driveway for parking which is large enough for bigger vehicles as well.
Close to Derby, Nottingham & Leicester and surrounded by beautiful countryside.
Conveniently located only 15 minute drive from East Midlands Airport. Transport to the airport available at extra cost.
Parking available for longer periods at extra cost as well.
I do have 3 very well behaved French Bulldogs. However they dont have access to the 2nd floor where the bedrooms are located.
I enjoy welcoming guests from different walks of life into my home and sharing information about local amenities, nature and events around the area.
I have met some amazing people whilst hosting and look forward meeting many more.
