Modern clean end terrace house within walking distance from historical Lancaster City Centre. Several family friendly local pubs nearby and only 5 min walk from Williamson Park and attractions. Ideally situated for visiting family at either of the Lancaster Universities, hospital or Morecambe Bay.
On street parking available. 5 minute walk into Lancaster City Centre. 5 minute walk to Picturesque Williamson Park.
