The neighbourhood is safe, and the flat is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a bus stop a minute’s walk away. York train station is host to many direct popular destinations, such as Harrogate, Leeds, Newcastle, Scotland, and London (under 2 hours). The number 6 bus stop is 1 minute walk from the property and takes you into the centre of York. There is space on the drive for one car and secure space for bikes. Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately if they conduct in any inappropriate behaviour in the garden that may have illegal Gross Misconduct implications. Guest must adhere to the UK City noise laws of a maximum acceptable amount of noise during 'night hours' which are between 11pm and 7am. After 11pm, permitted noise levels are: 34 dBA (decibels adjusted) where background noise is no higher than 24dBA
