This beautiful, modern and spacious 3 bedroom semi-detached house has recently been renovated to a very high standard. The property is well presented throughout and comprises of: an entrance hallway, dining room/study, large lounge and modern fitted large kitchen, 3 first floor bedrooms, 1 shower/bathroom, toilet and hand wash basins. The property further benefits from double glazing and gas central heating. The property is available for exclusive use and can accomodate up to 6 guests. Base booking is for 2 guest which consists of all common areas and 1 bedroom. Additional bedrooms can be booked extra guests. Free high speed fibre broadband, WiFi & SKY TV Iron & ironing board Kettle, toaster, microwave The property is only around 10 minutes walk away from Lea Hall and Stechford railway stations.
