Newly furnished, cosy, one bedroom apartment in Exeter . Located within walking distance of Exeter's historic city centre. Also within walking distance of Exeter University and Exeter City Football Club. The apartment is situated close to rail and bus links, making it easy to explore our beautiful city and other areas of Devon. Exeter Rugby Stadium, Sandy Park is around 15 minutes by car or 10 minutes by train, if you leave from St James Park.
Please contact Sarah or Shoaleh with any questions you may have. We both live locally and are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. You will find an information booklet on the coffee table, providing you with useful details about the apartment and our beautiful Cathedral City.
Exeter is a city full of plenty of attractions to visit. The apartment is within walking distance of the city centre, with many restaurants, shops, Exeters famous Cathedral, museums and Exeter Quay all close by. Just a short car/train journey there are many beautiful beaches including Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton. If you would like any help with places to visit, please ask your hosts.
