Swallow Nest faces Clearwater Lake and has direct lake views. Lower Mill Estate is private nature reserve where you can see wildlife; rare beavers, otters and numerous species of birds. Free access to the famous artspa and its pools is included. There are numerous walks and hides and many activities.. You can enjoy and the artspa, gym, pools, hire boats, bikes, paddle boards and use the tennis courts. Or relax and enjoy the views and treatments at the spa. It is great for families, with playgrounds, the tree house, Miss Mouse's treasure chest walk MUGA courts , tennis courts, football pitch all free and soft play centre available for bookings Please note that weekend bookings are Friday to Monday . There is a minimum booking of three nights.
Please note that bookings must be for a minimum of 3 days and cannot start or end on a Sunday.
The Cotswolds is in Central England; there is quick access from London [M4 and A419], Birmingham, Bristol and Reading. Nearby places to visit include the Roman town of Cirencester, Cheltenham spa, Stratford Upon Avon (the home of Shakespeare), beautiful Bath, Warwick Castle and of course the picturesque towns and villages of the Cotswolds such as Bibury. There is parking for one car in front of the house, other cars are parked in the nearby car park on the Estate.
