Sparrow Barn is on the edge of Dartmoor, on the Devon and Cornwall border, with spectacular views across the hills of Devon.
The barn is located in Lifton with easy access to the coast and countryside. The nearest beach is 18 miles away, with larger towns like Tavistock and Launceston a short drive away.
There's a pub, restaurant, a village shop and ' Strawberry Fields' voted the best large farm shop in the UK, less than two miles away.
