We are a close family that love our home and surroundings. We live on site so are here to help with any issues but we respect your privacy and let you enjoy the peace and quiet of your property.

Property info

We are pleased to offer this recently refurbished, well presented and spacious 37 x 12ft mobile home. It has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster. From the light and airy lounge area, patio doors will lead you on to a large 24 x 7ft decked terrace with wooden garden furniture for alfresco dining while taking in the uninterrupted countryside views. The main double bedroom has an en-suite toilet while the twin room has two singles which can be moved to make another double. All beds will be made up for your arrival. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and toilet. Towels and toiletries are not provided. A private parking area at the front of the mobile home has space for two cars.

Neighborhood info

Situated 2 miles from Perranporth and a short drive to Truro, Cornwall's capital city. Close to the A30 means easy access to all of Cornwall's attractions.
