Alongside my husband, I own and run The Borough, a large gastro pub with 14 rooms in the heart of Lancaster that has become a welcoming spot for locals and visitors alike. Before hospitality, I briefly trained and worked as a nurse, which gave me a passion for caring for people—something I now bring into hosting.
