Please let us know the latest 24 hours beforehand so we can plan and schedule accordingly. 24/7 Self-check-in available, outside of standard hours personal check-in (3pm-6pm) fee applies. Extra guest fees, Please note that it is important that we know the exact number of people staying up to a maximum of 16. We will not be held responsible for missing extra beds (which may need installation), sheets, pillows, towels and other amenities. There is an extra charge which applies from start to finish of the booking if there is more than the amount of people booked initially (max 16 people). This fee will be doubled if there are extra persons communicated late i.e. upon arrival or during the stay. We reserve the right to cancel the entire booking without refund should there be more people staying as per booking. Up to 2 babies till 2 years of age are free of charge and we are happy to provide chargeable baby/travel cot per day (no sheets). We are kindly asking you to follow the rules: - No loud music or noise after 21:30 PM. - No extra guests apart from people mentioned the reservation - No parties in the house - Confirmation of the name of each guest who will be coming - If someone is smoking inside of the premises, you will have to pay a fine and it will be deducted from your deposit. Right next to the hustle and bustle of the West End, Soho and right in the middle of Theatreland, within cultural and historical Covent Garden. This property is great for group bookings, friends and families or simply colleagues coming to London and sharing same space on work / life / entertain basis. Rent a whole TownHouse that can accommodate up to 16 guests. please no parties/events in the house and no additional guests. The accommodation comprises: Ground floor: Bedroom 1 consists of 2 double-sized fold-out sofa beds. Bedroom 2 consists of 1 double bed, one double fold-out sofa bed and a mezzanine balcony double bed (mattress access through a small ladder). Communal area with dinner seating for 6 people and large flat-screen TV. First Floor: Fully equipped kitchen 1 dining table for 6 persons. Furthermore, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, cutlery, china, glasses plus kitchen utensils. Please note, that the gas has been switched off for safety reasons. We provide electric induction with 2 hot plates instead. Bedroom 3 consists of 1 double bed Bedroom 4 with 1 double bed Second floor: Bedroom 5 with 1 double bed and one double sized fold out sofa bed Bedroom 6 with 1 double bed Two communal shower rooms each with a toilet and sink. Third floor: Large studio with en-suite bathroom Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 double-sized fold-out sofa bed, and 1 double balcony bed. Small kitchenette Basement floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 double-sized fold-out sofa beds. Communal accessible bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and sink. There is a further separate toilet. We hire hotel linen services and we might need brief access to the storage area in the basement of the house to collect some linens during your stay occasionally. Generally, it will happen in the morning. We aim to make this as quick and unobtrusive as possible and will respect your privacy and space. It won't impact your attention.
