Unwind in our charming little stone house right in the centre of Peebles! Close to local shops, restaurants and amenities and fully kitted out for all of your needs. The decor is modern but cosy and can sleep up to 4 people. Peebles offers some beautiful walks and history and the world famous bike trails are a 5 minute drive away. Come and relax and see what this little town has to offer!

Available via messaging on air bnb 24 hours a day. I also live locally if needed.

I have lovely neighbours and the cottage is on a very quiet street just off Peebles main High street. Peace and quiet with great local access and free parking. Peebles is a very walkable little town with main bus services X62 to Edinburgh or Galashiels every hour during the day. The main bike trails are a 5 minute drive away at Glentress or 10 minutes to Innerleithen.
