Cwtch Cymru Lodge is located in a blissfully quiet lodge park close to all that Builth Wells has to offer. Decorated and furnished to enhance it’s rustic charm, visitors will find everything they need for a comfortable and pleasurable stay. Located in beautifully maintained park grounds that border farmland, the lode is within easy walking distance to Builth Wells town where you will find a variety of pubs, cafes and shops. The lodge is ideally situated for visitors to the Royal Welsh Showground and for those who enjoy the great outdoors. The lodge is dog friendly and has a fully enclosed decking area equipped with table, chairs tiltable parasol and a swing seat. For bird lovers, fill up the feeder with sunflower seeds and you will be rewarded with nuthatches, goldfinch, greenfinch, great tits, blue tits, coal tits and even the occasional woodpecker. The park is also visited by rabbits and pheasants and at night tawny owls. A few points to highlight. Sign written vehicles, commercial vehicles, transits, caravans or mobile homes and trailers are not permitted on the park. 5MPH is the maximum speed limit on the park. Dogs must be kept on leads within the park grounds at all times.

There are also local walking trails to be enjoyed. For guests who love a game of golf, try out Builth Wells Golf Club or a little further afield Llandrindod Wells. Also in Llandrindod Wells, you will find the Llandrindod Wells Lake Park with playpark, picnic areas, paddle board, dragon boat, kayak and canoe hire, fishing platforms and a cafe that serves good food. For guests who enjoy fishing there is a lake on site and day tickets can be purchased at the local post office. Aberystwyth is the closest beach, within an hour's drive.
