Cosy 3 bedroom home in the heart of Royal Deeside. Activities nearby: Golf - several courses nearby. Fishing - world famous River Dee. Castles - discover the most famous castles in the North East. Crathes Castle is only 3 km walk, Balmoral castle is 45 km. Whisky Trail - sample the local whisky and find your new favourite tipple. Hillwalking in the Highlands. Shopping - local shops 5 min walk. Pubs/Restaurants - several within short walking distance.
I left Banchory aged 16 for a career in the Military, retired from Army in 2006. Now live in Bergen Norway.
Crathes Castle is a lovely day out and is only 3 miles from the house. There are several top class Golf courses very close and there is excellent Salmon fishing in the River Dee
