We immigrated to the UK in 1996 from South Africa. We lived in London for 4 years and then moved to Northampton. We both ran our own businesses: Childcare Nursery and a Kitchen Design and Installation service. We had travelled to Wales on many occasions and knew that this was where we wanted to live. After much exploration we decided to follow our dreams and look for a guesthouse that we could run together. Our two sons at this point had also just moved out of our family home. We had fallen in love with Tenby!! The Beachcomber B&B came onto the market.... After the first visit we fell in love with it and here we are! After many renovations and updating we are proud to share this wonderful place with our guests!

Originally a 1870s family home, The Beachcomber B&B has been redesigned to provide 6 en-suite bedrooms for up to 10 people. The Beachcomber is situated at 12 Deer Park, Greenhill, SA70 7LE . There are a line of colourful holiday properties on your right. Beachcomber B&B is the blue one. To the frontage, there is a seating area with brightly coloured benches where you can enjoy watching the world go by with a glass of wine!. Having purchased the property in November 2019, we have undergone a major refurbishment of all the rooms and public areas! All rooms are en-suite. The B&B is decorated to a high standard and all rooms are furnished with high quality linen and accessories. On arrival you can park in our private car park for a fee or its FREE if you book direct. You can freely access your car at any time. The town center, North Beach, Harbour & Castle walls are only a few minutes walk away.

Tenby is a delightful little harbour town and seaside resort, and it would be difficult to find a setting more picturesque. Visit many of the beautiful beaches and the town itself is home to many restaurants, shops, cafes and pubs all linked by cobbled streets. Walk along Tenby’s South Beach toward Giltar Point and the start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path for fantastic views of Caldey Island. Stroll the narrow cobbled streets of Tenby itself or sit in one of the many cafes and people-watch other visitors to the gift shops, restaurants and public houses, or wander along the harbour, where you can board one of the cruises to nearby Caldey Island, or take a trip in search of the plentiful wildlife of this South West coast of Wales. Tenby can be a serene, attractive destination sure to charm you, and those in search of spending time by the beach are spoilt for choice here, but Tenby can also offer plenty to do for the more active holidaymakers. With the many activities and events taking place all year round there is certainly something for everyone! Tenby is perfect for everyone, both young and old, with or without children.
