Kitchen with full size oven/hob, microwave and full size fridge/freezer. Lounge with TV/Freeview, double sofa bed, dining area, and electric fire. Bed 1: Double bed with TV Bed 2: Two single beds Bed 3: One single bed Family shower room with toilet and wash basin. Separate toilet and wash basin. Fishing is available in the lake, and has proved to produce quality sized carp! Fishing license will need to be shown.
