This fantastic cottage is situated in the quiet residential conservation area of Sandwich and within a few minutes’ walking distance of the town centre with its historical buildings, several delightful cafés, some very good pubs and restaurants. It is also about one minute’s walk from the River Stour where the quayside is dotted with restaurants. Riverside walks here are particularly popular with dogs and their owners – we are half an hour’s walk from the beach.

Nearest grocery shops & pharmacy Mini supermarket (Spar), Boots chemist. Larger supermarket ( Co-op). Butcher. Wine store and other individual shops are all situated close by. Recommended local restaurants, cafes or places to go out The George and Dragon Pub/Restaurant is the closest and is around the corner in Fisher Street. Luigi Italian restaurant, Namaste Indian restaurant, The Drill Hall Pizzeria Papa fish and chips takeaway are all within a short walking distance. A little further in the town centre, there are many restaurants and cafes Sandwich Railway station. - Five minutes’ walk. New Ebbsfleet station with faster trains to London - Ten minute drive.
