Welcome to our home! Our lovely 102m2 property is located in the heart of Manchester. The living room has a large sitting area, a Smart TV to watch all your favourite shows (Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and other streaming services are all provided free of charge for our guests to use), and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil your culinary requirements. A dishwasher and washing machine are also included. The four bedrooms are elegantly decorated with artwork from local artists based around Manchester, and the double beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. A dedicated games room is located on the 3rd floor, perfect for guests seeking quality entertainment. Equipped with a selection of classic arcade machines, including Space Invaders, Pac-Man, and Street Fighter. There's plenty of nostalgic fun to be had. Additionally, the room offers various video game consoles for a diverse gaming experience as well as a darts board for those wanting to practise their shots. For those who prefer to unwind with a movie or TV show, the games room is also fitted with a Smart TV, with access to popular streaming services. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
