Just a ten minute walk from Norwich Airport, this self contained annexe has a double bedroom, and a separate lounge with a sofa double bed and a chair single bed from Natuzzi. It has a separate kitchenette with a free standing electric cooker, fridge/freezer sink area and a good range of cooking and serving equipment. With a walk-in shower room, conservatory with comfortable seating, parking, and beautiful garden this offers more than just an overnight stop. There are two Sky Miniboxes with the full Sky Sports package (including F1) and board games are provided. Although there is a workspace we can provide other items (office chair, cable, stationery) if you wish to work from the accommodation. This is totally self-contained but the hosts live in the adjacent bungalow and provide continental breakfast, lifts to airport and secure parking whilst you are away. In fact if you need anything just ask as we will do our best to help. Alternatively a mere ten minutes drive from Norwich City Centre and 35 minutes from the sea this offers a great base to see all that Norfolk offers.

Although you can keep yourselves to yourselves we are in the adjoining bungalow if you need anything, including a lift to the airport, or anywhere else.. If you are using us for the airport, our drive is large enough to leave a car while you are away for a small daily charge. The property doesn't have its own washing machine or tumble dryer, but Mel is always happy to help particularly for longer stays. Message us and we can arrange to help with laundry.

Eat out at The Bull (2 minutes walk), The Oaks (10 minutes) or nearby McDonalds, KFC, Fish &; Chips, Pizza etc. Local shops meet all your needs without using the car, and aside from Just Eat local takeaways are available within two minutes walk. Just off the A140 the coast and broads are easily reachable, whilst buses into the city are every 15 minutes. Parking is available in the camera protected driveway. Indeed if using the airport your car can be left for a small daily charge. The airport is 10 minutes walk, but if the hosts are available they will run you up there for no charge. Multiple buses run into the city and to the nearby coast.
