Hi my name is Abdul, I have 2 children both boys, a 19 year old and an 8 year old and currently live with my partner. I started my journey with properties as a financial adviser, specialising in mortgages and life plans. After the recession i had to reassess my career path and life so then went on to taking back the properties I owned from the local estate agents and then started managing my properties myself. I then went on and took a course on a National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) whereby i set up my own letting agency managing only my properties and close friends and family. I currently specialise in single lets, HMOs and service accommodation, I also run a building company who manage my private developments and refurbs and day to day repairs and certs on properties I own and manage.

Situated in the the popular town in Letchworth Garden City, commonly known as Letchworth, is a town in Hertfordshire, England, with a population of 33,600., It is a former civil parish. The town’s name is taken from one of the three villages it surrounded (the other two being Willian and Norton) – all of which featured in the Domesday Book.
