Ideal for families and contractors alike. The apartment is located on the Kingsway which is Cleethorpes most popular and sought after location and is less than 50 meters from the beach.

Within easy walking distance, you will find the leisure centre, retail and gift shops, a wide range of traditional and multi-cultural restaurants not forgetting our world famous fish and chip restaurants, vibrant bars, night clubs, cinema, bowling ally, arcades and many other entertainments that Cleethorpes has to offer. There is a regular public transport service close by and taxi services, however as the property is so well located most amenities are in easy walking distance. This apartment is situated on the ground floor and uses a communal entrance which is also used by residents on the upper two floors which are private.
