We are conveniently located less than four miles (8 mins drive) from Truro in a quiet picturesque lane just off the A39. The main Truro to Falmouth bus route passes within sight of the property and allows easy public transport on these routes. There are also plenty of beautiful creek side and country walks on the door step. We also have the famous Bissoe Cycling\Walking Trail close by (just over a mile) that will take you all the way to the north coast. This is an excellent centre point to visit all parts of West Cornwall.
The annex is a separate and private part of our family home and has a private entrance via the side of the property and up three steps onto the decking area (please be aware of accessibility).
There is a double bedroom with shower room and small kitchen area containing a sink, small fridge, microwave, kettle and basic eating utensils and plates.
Tea, Coffee, Milk, Orange juice are provide for your arrival.

This is part of our family home so we are around most evenings and weekends. We are a keen outdoor family and are more than happy to recommend places to visit, walks, beaches, cycle rides, sailing or places to eat out.
As a family home if there is anything that you have forgotten or need help with we will do our best to get you sorted.
We are in a fantastic location for reaching out and exploring the areas around Truro and Falmouth. Only a couple of miles from the King Harry Ferry that will take you, your car or bicycles across the Fal and allow you to explore the Roseland Peninsular (St Anthony’s Head, St Just, St Mawes etc)
Surrounded with footpaths that will lead you down to Point Quay or to one of the idyllic local pubs or the Bissoe Trail. Loe Beach is about 3 miles away on the side the Carrick Roads where you can hire water sports equipment, have sailing lessons or launch your own boat.
There is a bus stop within 5 mins walk that regularly runs to Truro and Falmouth allowing you to have a drink and still get home easily.
