Recently refurbished to a high standard. Serendipity is a fantastic social house for family and friends. The downstairs space is Open Plan living. The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people.
Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
I am happy to meet and interact with guests . The property has a local map together with pamphlets of all the local attractions
The property is located at the top of a hill in one of the highest parts of Torquay. From the rear I have uninterrupted views of Dartmoor National Park. On a good day it is possible to see North Hessary radio mast located at Princetown ,some 22 miles away .looking to the south most of Torbay can be seen including the coastguard station at Berry Head
Off road Car parking is available for at least 5 cars , more if the cars are parked in front of one another
