If pre-booked, breakfast will be GBP 16 per person, per night.

The Gym, Sauna, Steam Room & Spa bath are free to hotel guests (children under the age of 16 are not permitted). There is also a Spa offering a variety of treatments that need to be booked in advance.

The credit card used to make the booking will be processed at check-in and an additional authorisation will be taken.

Pet Policies / Terms and Conditions :

• Pets (Cats and dogs) are permitted in Standard Rooms only (Higher category rooms do not accommodate pets)

• A £ 40 per pet per day per room applies.

• A £100 pre-authorisation is required on arrival to cover any potential damages.

• No additional cleaning charges will be applied.

• A maximum of 2 pets per room is allowed.

• No size restrictions – dogs of all sizes are welcome.

• Pets must not be left unattended in the rooms.

• Cats are only accepted if kept in a secure cage.

• Pets are permitted in lifts.

• Pets are not allowed in the dining areas (Restaurant / Coffee shop or bar areas under any circumstances) For guests booking on BB or DBB packages with pets, room service and outdoor dining options should be offered as alternatives. Tray charges would not apply for any room service orders.

• The hotel does provide pet beds or water bowls and a giveaway toy on request.

• Pets to be kept on a leash or in a carrier in public areas.

• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

• Guide dogs should continue to be allowed throughout the property and remain exempt from any charges.
