BRAND NEW LISTING - SPRING 2023 DATES AVAILABLE. Driftwood House is an immaculately presented and spacious three-bedroom townhouse in the heart of Bournemouth town centre. Spread across three floors, boasting a courtyard garden and off-road parking, Driftwood House offers an excellent location and convenience without compromising on space. On the first floor, you will find the generously portioned master bedroom, bright and airy with shuttered windows overlooking the private courtyard, only accessible to you and the neighbouring residents. Just a stone’s throw from Bournemouth beach and gardens, the BH2 complex, the BIC and a plethora of independent shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants in Bournemouth Triangle, there is something for everyone! The A338 is close for access into Dorset and Bournemouth Airport. The garden to the side of the property is accessed via a gate and steps. Beautifully presented with a paved patio and raised planter area. There is also a retractable washing line which is useful for wet swimming clothes, wetsuits, etc. Parking There is a secure gated carpark to the rear of the property with space for one car (in car port). Visitor parking is also available with permit (2 hours max). Public Transport Driftwood House has excellent transport links, with a variety of buses available from Poole Hill (0.1 mile). The closest train and coach station is Bournemouth Interchange (0.9 miles). Bournemouth Airport is just 15 minutes’ drive from this property. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS 1 x king bed 1 x double 1 single bed which pulls out to a double bed with a second single mattress. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee per additional hour overstayed.
