Starting from 13 January 2025, our hotels will be cashless, please use cards or digital payments for transactions.
When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for one dog or GBP 40 for maximum two dogs, per night applies.
Please note that dogs are only allowed in designated rooms.
Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring a dog.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the following units: 'Suite' and 'Signature Suite'.
Breakfast-inclusive rates include a full cooked breakfast, while dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish.
Supplements may apply to certain items. Inclusions apply to adults only.
Children's breakfast is not included in the advertised rates. Charges are applied directly at the hotel as follows:
- 0–4 years: complimentary breakfast
- 5–11 years: 50% of the full adult price
- 12 years and above: charged at full adult price
Kids’ dinner menu is available.
If you require an extra bed or cot, you must notify the property before your arrival.
Child beds are available upon request for an additional charge of GBP 30 per night, to be paid directly with the property.
Limited parking spaces are available for GBP 10 overnight charge. If there are no spaces when you arrive you can use the Britannia Quayside Pay & Display car park situated behind the hotel.
