This stylish luxury 4 bedroom house is located in the historical site of Banfields & Sons Ltd, which was one of Brighton's oldest shops. The house boasts superfast WIFI, and a spacious kitchen, living room and office, perfect for a relaxing getaway. All four of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and either a super king or king sized bed, ensuring you will have a dreamy nights sleep. This house has everything you would and more need for a perfect winter break.

The property is located off Western Road - which boasts a wide range of bars, restaurants, convenience stores and has easy access to transport links. The property is walking distance from central Brighton and attractions such as the Laines and is also a stone throw from the seafront. The property is also walking distance to Hove and it's main road on Church Street, which has a wide variety of options for food, drink, shopping and general entertainment.
