The property is a traditional detached bungalow renovated to a high specification.
I enjoy meeting guests on arrival and showing them around the bungalow.
The area is set in the Irvine Valley area. Available amenities are fishing and plenty of golf courses nearby.
There is a popular river walk to the next village Darvel - starting just round the corner. The walk then extends into a hill walk for many miles.
