Welcome to my lovely holiday home, where you have the perfect place for your stay in Arbroath. A Victorian apartment on the first floor in a quiet street within what is described as the nicest part of town. It is ideally located to walk to all of Arbroath's main attractions including the mainline railway station, beaches and clifftop walks. Spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need, this is the ideal base for exploring Scotland's east coast. The apartment is spacious, calming, light and comfortable with a nod to mid-century style. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to a high standard with everything you might need for a home away from home. The shower room is contemporary with designer fittings. Furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, perfect for putting your feet up with a tipple after a busy day exploring. Although a perfect retreat for couples, there is also space for an extra guest to sleep in the living room area. This will be on a foldaway bed, but just as comfy as the real thing. Everything will be prepared for you before you arrive.

There are some amazing cafes within a few minutes walk of the apartment at Westport, so if it's a tasty brunch or afternoon tea you fancy, you're in the right place. You can't come to Arbroath without trying the Smokies, while there is an eclectic mix of restaurants and shopping right on the doorstep. There is even the Webster Memorial Theatre where you could catch a show while you're in town. The apartment is a short stroll from the historic Abbey, beautiful coastal path, cliffs and local beaches. Arbroath Harbour and the amazing coastline is just 400 metres away. West Links Beach 500 metres and Elliott Beach 850 metres away, with some amazing parks and walks on the doorstep. If you fancy exploring further afield, Arbroath mainline station is within 300 metres with trains running regularly to Montrose and Aberdeen to the north and Carnoustie, Broughty Ferry and Dundee to the south. It really is the perfect spot to explore all the delights of the east coast, be it walking, golfing (Carnoustie and St. Andrews are nearby), beaches (there are some real hidden gems along the east coast), entertainment and museums (the V&A in Dundee is just 3 train stops away).
