We love walking, cycling and just living in the Ullswater area its truly a beautiful place.

Property information

A beautiful property built back in 1863 that has now been refurbished throughout and reopened in May 2016. We have our own free car park and High Speed Wi-Fi Now boasting a well stocked bar with local ales, over 20 Gin's and a good selection of wine. A 30 seat A la Carte restaurant serving up locally sourced food expertly prepared by our dedicated kitchen team. We change our menu on a very regular basis and since opening our reputation for amazing food has spread very quickly making the restaurant is very popular every day so Booking in advance is highly recommended. We also have lovely cosy lounge to sit and relax or play one of our board games whilst enjoying a little drink next to the open fire and a small court yard garden for when the sun shines. A relaxed, friendly atmosphere encourages visitors to take time to unwind in comfortable surroundings, enjoy locally-sourced, seasonal dishes cooked up by our skilled chef before retiring to the bar for a night cap or to bed for restful sleep.
